The University of Illinois at Chicago offers proctoring services to University of Illinois students and to residents attending other institutions/companies.
All exams require a valid government issued or university photo ID. Additional documents may be required by the home institution. The test administration fee is $25 per exam for University of Illinois test candidates with a valid university I-card. All other proctored exams cost $35 per exam. Complete the service request form below to begin the process. All requests will be reviewed and candidates will be contacted within two business days.
The non-refundable fee is payable by check or money order on the day of testing.
